1. I am or will be participating in the Yoga Classes, Health Programs, and/or Workshops (collectively, “the Classes”) offered by Yoga & (And) Events, LLC (“Yoga &”), during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga and health in person, live online, or through video. These Classes entail intensive physical activity and exertion by me. I recognize that such physical activity and exertion may be difficult and strenuous and may cause or aggravate a physical injury or medical condition. I am fully aware of, and accept the risks and hazards involved. 
2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Classes and to receive prior approval to participate. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition or injury which would prevent my full participation in the Classes. If I am or may be pregnant, I agree that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating in the Classes. 
3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Classes, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, conditions, injuries and damages, known or unknown, which I might incur or aggravate as a result of my participation in the same. I agree that I will not perform postures that I think may cause injury to me pursuant to my medical history or for any other reason. If at any time during the Classes I feel discomfort or strain in a posture, I agree to gently come out of the posture. I understand that I may rest at any time during the Classes. I understand that it is important in the Classes to listen to my body and respect its limits on any given day. 
4. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Classes, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have or acquire against Yoga &, Yoga &’s instructors, consultants, or staff, or the landlord, business owner. or staff of any premises at which Yoga & may operate, for any injury, condition, or damages that I may sustain as a result of entering or being on the premises or participating in the Classes. 
5. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Yoga &, Yoga &’s instructors, consultants, or staff, or the landlord, business owner. or staff of any premises at which Yoga & may operate, for any injury, condition, or damages which arise(s), is caused by, or is aggravated by reason of my participation in the Classes. 
6. I understand that it is my continuing responsibility to inform the instructors at Yoga & of any previous medical conditions, injuries, or surgeries prior to the Classes and at such other times as I acquire information as to the same. I agree that the information I provide can be shared with the instructors and staff of Yoga &. I agree that Yoga & and its instructors do not have any responsibility to give me specific advice based on my specific conditions. 
7. I also understand that, except for a monetary refund, I have no claim against Yoga &, Yoga & ‘s instructors or staff, or the landlord of the premises by reason of their refusal to allow me to participate in the Classes. 
8. I grant to Yoga &, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs and videos of me and my property in connection with the above-identified purposes. I authorize Yoga &, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Yoga & may use such photographs and videos of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. I hereby waive the right to receive any payment for signing this release and waive the right to receive any payment for Yoga &’s use of any of the material described above for any of the purposes authorized by this release. 
9. I know and understand the risks of drinking any amount of alcohol and have procured appropriate transportation after any class where alcohol is included in the price of my ticket. 

I have had ample opportunity to read and understand the above Liability & Use Agreement to have any and all questions answered. By continuing to use the Yoga & Events website, Patreon page, or participating in any live events, I am comfortable with and agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
